1. inner lining ceramic is high in strength, high in hardness and light in weight

The hardness of the corundum ceramics produced by our company is HRA80-85 by the Shanghai Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The hardness of the corundum is much higher than that of the wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. The density is only half of the steel, and the weight of the ceramic elbow is only 1/3 of the wear-resistant steel elbow, which is easy to install and replace.

2. fasten fastness, heat resistance, good corrosion resistance

The ceramic sheet is mounted on the inner wall of the elbow with high temperature inorganic binder. The adhesive is developed by the State Key Laboratory of fine ceramics, Tsinghua University. It has strong adhesion, high temperature resistance and aging resistance. It ensures that it will never fall off. The process is simple and reliable. The wear resistance of special ceramics is 266 times that of manganese steel, 171.5 times of high chromium cast iron and excellent wear resistance.
